I spent over 25 years in various industries as an Accountant and Sr. Financial Analyst. While working in major corporations, I was running an Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Income Tax Filing Services home-based practice.
While I was working with small business owners, I realized that there is a vast separation between tax accounting and accounting for what is going on in the business operations. Therefore, I decided to become an entrepreneur by expending home-based Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Tax Services. I formed Safeer Enterprises, LLC, that focuses on helping small business owners build their accounting systems and, in turn, help the owners increase their business value.
Building business value is critical to prepare for an exit because the value of the business grows over the years – not overnight.
My clients include retail business owners for bookkeeping, business tax filing, payroll, and income tax filing.
I have clients who have various sources on income, i.e., W-2 income, side business income (Schedule-C), income from rental properties (Schedule-E).
I have a client who operates a fast-food franchise under five different partnerships totaling 22 restaurants all under one enterprise. Late 2018, this client gave me a project to consolidate the P&Ls of all companies by the restaurant and the partnership to roll up at the enterprise level.Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Bookkeeping
The project was complicated and would require a full fiscal year to complete and the skills of a Sr. Financial Analyst with strong Excel skills. Working as a Sr. Financial Analyst with corporations, I have the matching qualifications
The consolidation of P&Ls of multi-business units provides the owner with quick visibility at all levels of enterprise by all cost factors – Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), direct/indirect labor, and operating expenses.Sales Tax Filing
I have completed the project that functions as a system, and a clerical level person can do the data entry and check the accuracy if trained by me.

The business owners should think through the questions to determine if the professionals passionate about what they do, to mention a few:
If possible, are the professionals willing to consult with you w/o any obligation?
Do the professionals have the right experience, background, and education?
Do the professionals understand the value of your business?
